7.5 acre vineyard with 3 bedroom house

This winery is located in the Pezenas wine-growing sector with approximately 3 hectares (7.5 acres) of vineyards which are planted with syrah, carignan, and grenache specialties. The winery includes an AOC red wine cellar that is fully equipped (bottling etc.) and has the capacity to produce 130 hl with the vinification materials (tractor, press, sprayer). There is the possibility of adding on an additional 3 ha of an old vineyard (mainly syrah and carignan). Ideal first viticole!

The house is spacious and set over 3 stories. The roof was replaced in 2015 with solar panels but the interior requires updating.
